the vision: Create a modern Two bedroom unit

Summary: This was a 3-family residence that remained fully occupied throughout the renovations. The third floor unit renovations consisted of sanding+ painting the exterior balcony. The existing bathroom entry door which was only accessible through bedroom 2 was framed and closed. A new bathroom entry was created by opening a kitchen wall. The existing tub was replaced with a new stand-up shower stall. The bathroom received new floor and wall tile. A skim coat of plaster was applied on walls for a new look. In-wall kitchen shelving was built. The third floor unit received all new base, trim, doors and paint throughout.
